It is the latest cookbook by Pedro Mendes, Chef at Narcissus Fernandesii - restaurant at the Marmòris Hotel & SPA in Vila Viçosa - with a foreword by gastronomic journalist and wine critic Fernando Melo and photographs by João Marques.
The book was supported, among others, by ALGAplus and Vinhos de Lisbos, which were used to harmonize the 40 recipes with seaweed, the main element in each proposal. "Something with Seaweed" is, according to the author, "a way of democratizing and encouraging the use of this rich ingredient through simple recipes, many of which are well-known, since they are taken from our recipe book!"
