Deliveries, Exchanges and Returns

• Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc. - never at a PO box), or by collecting it from our Prochef store located in Póvoa de Varzim.

• Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?

The delivery country may be different upon prior direct contact via email or telephone.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping selected or even what is ordered. The delivery time for standard shipping can vary between 8 and 10 working days (the deadlines mentioned do not apply to the Azores and Madeira).

• How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

For purchases to be collected in store, there is no shipping cost.

For purchases intended for delivery via CTT, the following amounts will be charged (valid only for mainland Portugal):

- Orders up to 2kg - €7.00

- Orders up to 5kg - €10.00

- Orders up to 10kg - €14.00

- Orders up to 15kg - €20.00

For larger orders, a different price will be proposed depending on the weight of the goods. The weights are calculated automatically by the system. For Azores, Madeira and international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.

For orders worth €200 or more, shipping costs are free, only valid in mainland Portugal and exclusively through our online website.

• Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can view the status of your order through “My Account” in orders placed. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.

• Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, it is possible, however, you can only exchange items that are not personalized with embroidery. Afterwards, you will be charged a new shipping cost for the item you wish to exchange.

• What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Prochef does not sell defective items, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective item, you should contact us and report the problem.

• What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an item you did not order by mistake, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
