Are the prices in the online store the same as in the physical store?

Yes, the prices are the same. Some difference in price may occur if the item has some type of extra customization.

Can I reserve or pre-order a product?

Yes, just contact us, choose the model, customize it and guarantee your reservation when awarding/paying for the item.

When I add a product to the cart, is the item reserved for me?

No, the products added to the cart will never be saved until the order is finalized and payment is made.

Can the color of a product vary slightly from the photograph on the product page?

Yes, this is possible, especially with denim. If you wear an item again, you may find that the color is different due to the washing and wear of the items you have already worn.

If I receive a defective item, what should I do?

Please contact us so that we can quickly replace the item.

Is it possible to receive periodic information with the latest news?

Yes. Simply access our Newsletter to receive all the latest news and you will also get 10% off your first purchase with the code you receive in your email. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter, simply follow the instructions in the email itself.

How do I know my order is being processed?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, the order will only be processed once we have confirmed the payment. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service so that we can check what is happening and help you.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days after sending your order to exchange or return an item. Please note that no embroidered/personalized items can be returned.
